Full Tilt Poker introduces Onyx Cup Series

Full Tilt Poker has announced a new $30 million poker series called the Onyx Cup.  The Onyx Cup features six live tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 which will be held in the United States, Asia and Europe.

Each Onyx Cup event will feature some of the best professional poker players from around the world including Full Tilt's team of pros Howard Lederer, Erik Seidel, Chris Ferguson, Erick Lundgren and John Juanda who are scheduled to play in Event 1 in Las Vegas on May 11th and 12th, 2011.

The Prize Pool for the Onyx Cup Series is expected to reach $30 million and Full Tilt Poker provides numerous options for you to get there. 

You can play in the Full Tilt Onyx Cup Series Qualifier tournaments to win your $105k Ony Cup Series Event 1 Prize Package which includes your $100k buy-in and $5k for expenses.  The first Onyx Cup Series Event 1 Qualifiers are scheduled for:

• March 27th at 18:30 ET - $600 + $40 buy-in
• April 10th at 18:30 ET - $1,000 + $60 buy-in
• May 1st at 18:30 ET - $2,000 + $100 buy-in
