 Full Tilt Poker has ceased accepting U.S. residents for new accounts and has frozen out existing accounts from real money play. There has been no announcement from FTP yet on how they will handle U.S. player account balances and cashouts. Non-U.S. players should be able to sign up and play at Full Tilt Poker without any problems.

We are unsure what is going to happen with Rakeback payments to players, or the status of U.S. accounts in general, as soon as more concrete information is released we will update as soon as possible.
